Back again from Bootcamp and Expanding as always

I'm back, and it's been another incredible journey from being a participant to now being part of a crew of people helping other people to make amazing changes in their lives, to allow them to move forward and choose to live the life they've always wanted.

For the past 8 days I have been in the Tivoli Marina Hotel in Vilamoura helping out with the Billionaire Bootcamp training for Christopher Howard trainings and ThinkBig Education.

This is their flagship training seminar and it is truly an amazing experience.

Those of you who have followed me, (and I know you are out there), know that I was participating myself back in November in Fiji. It was such an epic adventure and having shared with you all the learning's I got from that, I knew I had to go back to crew and help out.

There were so many things to learn, and this time round I decided to do the same thing and video blog my experience as a crew member. You can watch all my video blogs on my channel on YouTube at www.youtube.com/eddieyucoaching.

One of my key learning's was that any negative emotions or things that happen to us, are never our own problems. It is always the problem of the person creating the negativity itself. In such a high pressure stressful seminar designed to bring up "stuff" for people, there were many times when that would get the better of the participants and they would take that out on crew members. I can vouch that on several occasions I personally felt attacked, however I knew that the attacker was going through some serious internal conflicts.

I can take this learning forward in my business and personal life too now. I realise looking back at past incidents even in business. Think about this for yourself, when was the last time you were negative about someone else, or you cast blame. What was it about that situation that you couldn't handle, that you had to be in effect of the situation, rather than being in cause.

I've met some fantastic people over the last week and it has been an absolute privilege to be a part of other peoples personal growth. I can only hope that as I mature and grow older, I can continue to inspire and help others to success in their lives as much as they can.

It was approximately 16 months ago that I made a wish to be coaching, and from that strategic vision, I did get my first coaching client, and it was a great privilege to have her with us on this training too.

In fact, more often than not, we don't see the ripple effects of our actions on the world surrounding us, but in this instance I got a chance to glimpse into this. What do I mean, well my coaching client had inspired others herself through her actions, and there were other people there at the training as a result of her.

Our actions, no matter how small they are, have profound effects on the structure of society and personal connections around the world. From a seemingly simple action, we can sometimes affect greatness in other people and create an ongoing positive force that one day might change the world.

Just like in Think and Grow Rich, it all comes down to our thoughts and how we perceive and act within the world around us. Our actions can be positive or negative, but either way, we must always be aware of the consequences thereafter.

I know for sure I will be back to crew this event and help even more people make those vital breakthroughs.
