If someone asked me exactly one year ago where I would be today and what I would be doing, I think I would be hard pressed to say what has actually been going on.
I might have said something like life is good and fun, and business is still going steady. Now that is still good by any standards, but actually things have really moved forward a lot.
Really, I never would have thought that I'd be a director of 5 companies, been part of a conference where the Dalai Lama, Sir Richard Branson and FW de Klerk spoke, and preparing for a round the world trip where I'll be dropping by 7 cities over 3 continents, with 6 fashion photo shoots to do, and culminating all in Billionaire Bootcamp.Read the rest of this entry »

Ok, so I’ve just returned from an evening out with some great friends and together we went to see the live production of Ben Hur at the O2 Arena in London. I first saw an advert for this back in March and I knew even then that the idea of seeing a live chariot race would be something to behold. Without hesitation I ordered a bunch of tickets.
The result, well, even if you find slow story lines a little dull, let me tell you that there is no way on earth you wouldn’t have gawped at the sheer skill, grandeur and spectacle that was the culmination of the show. The finale chariot race was quite possible one of the most amazing feats of choreography, stuntmanship, story and audacity I’ve seen in a stage show yet, and believe me, I’ve seen some of the worlds best shows already.
I salute those who had the imagination to come up with the movie in the first place, that inspired others to recreate the event so that some of us may see this with our own eyes.
