Really, the quickest way to break your resolutions is to make them. I read an article about some research done in the UK which concluded that 88% of people break their resolutions within 2 weeks, and rest trickle off over time.
Do you really want to set yourself up for failure? If so, where else in life are you doing this? New Years resolutions are your own personal fail list. We’ve all done it before in good faith, however was there ever one that succeeded? Ask yourself the honest question, why do you still make them?
I stopped several years ago because I understood that if you want to do something, and you really did want to do it, then nothing would stop you from doing it, and nothing would be needed to motivate you to do it. You see, resolutions are kind of like a way to tell other people that it’s ok to fail, when really it isn’t.

My mind is positively buzzing with new ideas after another day full of reminders and new insights into the world of online marketing. I’ve been in this business myself for a long time, yet there is so much more to learn. Wherever we may be in our lives, whatever we think we are good at, always remember that there is someone out there who knows more and that you should seek them out and learn from them
That’s how you get better, that’s how you become one of the best, and that’s how you create massive success for your own lives and empower yourself to create the dream life.
It’s such an important point to recognise that no matter how successful you are, always find yourself a mentor or coach, and let them keep you accountable for pursuing even more towards your ultimate fulfilment. I have 2 coaches and a mentor, and I can honestly say, they have helped me in ways beyond the money which they get paid for doing it.

We’ve all had those days where you wake up in the morning and you just don’t feel like you have the energy or effort to even get out of bed. When you’ve finally hauled your limping body to the shower and had that fresh burst of water on your skin, you begin to get on with the day, yet you just can’t seem to concentrate on anything.I like to call those Zero Days. You know what I mean….. those days where you take twice as many coffee breaks, which leads to twice as many toilet breaks as well. Those of you who work from home will know what it feels like as you meander to the kitchen and take a quick peek into the refrigerator, just to check if there’s anything missing, or perhaps a bar of chocolate has magically appeared from the last time you checked, which was 15 minutes ago. Aren’t these days annoying! They can often times spring up from the middle of nowhere, even when you start the day with great intentions. It’s got nothing to do with the weather, and you can’t go around blaming public transport, it’s all in your own mind.
