Today I thought I'd share a favourite sweets recipe I have tewaked over time for chocolate brownies with coconut chips in them! Yummy!
So the ingriedients are:

Gonna share with you a quick and fun biscuit recipe for those of you who fancy a bit of baking!Ingredients 200g butter 1 cup oats 1 1/2 cups plain flour 3/4 cup white sugar 3/4 cup brown muscavado sugar 2 eggs 3/4 cup desiccated coconut 1 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup choc chips pre-heat oven 190 degreesInstructions 1) Combine and cream the sugar and butter in a bowl. 2) Mix in and beat the eggs and flour until smooth (ish) 3) Add the salt and baking soda and mix 4) Add coconut and oats, choc chips – mix 5) Prep your baking surface with grease paper lining and either a) spoon small dollops with plenty of space in between (for making circular cookies) OR b) pour a generous layer of the mixture onto the baking tray, making one large square, ready for cutting later when it is ready. 6) Bake for 13 mins or until golden brown. 7) It’ll still be soft slightly, remove from oven and allow to cool ready for eating or cutting.Read the rest of this entry »

Today I thought I'd share with you a recipe I created myself a few weeks back and turns out to be a scorcher of a dish!This is a beautiful chicken lasagne with a mint layer and roasted butternut squash inside.Serves 6Ingredients1 x medium sized Butternut Squash 6 x chicken thighs Big handful of fresh Mint Leaves (depending on how minty you like it) 8 x Bacon rashers Cheese 100g Flour 40g Butter 40g chopped tomatoes 800g oregano to taste pepper salt 3 x medium cooking onions 1 garlic clove 2 chillies 1 pint milk nutmeg Lasagne Pasta sheetsRead the rest of this entry »
