Day 7 of PSI, one journey ends for another to begin

What an intensive experience this has all been. I'm back home after an incredible journey of even more self discovery and even though I've been waking up the last 4 nights repeatedly, getting restless sleep and my energy is totally drained, I've been refilled by the sheer power of positivity from my fellow life students at the Chris Howard training programs.

Today was the last day of the intensive platform skills course and also the day of my official graduation from the Academy of Wealth and Achievement. What a journey it has been.

I remember when I first stepped foot into the IBIS hotel back in March 2009 that I had no idea what BTS was about. I was however prepared to leave all my preconceptions outside the door and go into this seminar with an open mind and an open heart.

What hit me was like a ton of bricks smashing down from a 100ft fall. It hit hard and smashed open many issues that were present in my life that I had either swept underneath the carpet, or I was even totally unaware of them myself.

What happened the next 3 days throughout the Breakthrough to Success weekend would change my life forever, and forever for the better.

It was a revealing, often times harsh but realistic discovery of self and realising that our dreams are within our reach, if only we tried hard enough to attain them.

I had learnt that I had been holding myself back from being the real person, the real identity that I was meant to be, and this had consequently held me back in several areas of my life including my business and my personal life.

After many breakthroughs, I knew that this had already a profound effect on my life and I knew that I had to continue my growth and learning even further, if not with them, at least with someone else.

I hesitated for quite some time before I made the commitment to learn. In fact my major issue was not feeling like I was worth investing in. I'm sure many people have often thought that too. In the end, I made the investment because I realised that if my parents could justify investing a whole ton of money in my early education at an expensive private school, then I sure as hell should be able to justify the investment in myself.

It turned out to be the best investment of my time and money I have possibly ever made in my life, and today was the culmination of all the courses and seminars I've taken since then.

Courses aside, the insights into my own mind and being unequivocally in control of my own destiny, has lead me in the last 18 months to, helping others achieve their dreams, going on a fashion shoot world tour culminating in Billionaire Bootcamp in Fiji, quadrupling my staff numbers in my company, diving into a tank with 6 x 10ft sand tiger sharks, embarking on multiple joint ventures and new business ideas, amongst many other smaller but just as significant adventures and stories.

The experiences I've had in the past 15 months have truly been magnificent and by far the 15 months of my life to date.

Can you possibly put a price on that? No, you can't it's priceless, and all this came from making one choice, to deem myself worth investing in.

Moving forward now, after the last 7 days of intensive platform skills training, I'm going to put these great skills to use and I will be looking for speaking opportunities in relation to startup businesses to do what I can to empower other creative entreprenuers to succeed in business.

Congrats Eddie on graduating from CH! I look forward to doing that next year June at PSI as well... Thanks for encouraging me to go on a similar journey as well... I know my life will never be the same. And even though it was VERY EXPENSIVE I think time will show it was worth it in the end. Like therapy. :) Hugs and congrats again!
